Formel D GmbH will now sponsor the AsylPlus integration project. Headquartered in Bad Tölz, south of Munich, this association supports asylum seekers and refugees in learning German and skills that help with integration using computers. With this commitment, Formel D continues to expand its activities in the area of corporate social responsibility (CSR).
By equipping learning centers with computers, AsylPlus enables free access to a wide range of Internet-based learning programs from renowned providers. In addition, refugees can complete face-to-face training to enhance their IT skills through AsylPlus in cooperation with the job center.
AsylPlus has already received several awards for its commitment and successful work, including the 2016 Upper Bavarian Integration Prize. “Ever since it was founded in 2013, AsylPlus has provided outstanding assistance in integration matters and opened up new perspectives,” emphasizes Jürgen Laakmann, CEO of Formel D. “We are delighted to support this wonderful initiative.”
