Within their first few weeks, every new employee within the Formel D corporate group takes part in a NEO I event near to them. They get to know our corporate philosophy and receive information about our processes and working methods.
Since we are in a state of constant growth, in the process you will also become acquainted with new colleagues and will make contacts that could be important for your next project.
NewEmployeeOnboarding – NEO Program – NEO II
Managers must know their way around the Formel D corporate group nationally and internationally. There is an individual program for this purpose, based on theory and practice. First, you come to our headquarters in Troisdorf for a maximum of two days, where you will become acquainted with all areas and interfaces that are relevant for your position. In addition, there are individual familiarization programs, e.g. concerning commercial and legal prerequisites, preparation of quotations, quality management, performance portfolio, CI guidelines, and much more.
This is followed by individual practical days, with a tour of different Formel D locations in Germany and abroad, and the respective projects on-site, to gain insight into our broad-based portfolio and processes.
It goes without saying that in this regard you will have the opportunity to make contacts and become personally acquainted with the people you will work closely together with in future.
Catch Up and Qualification
In order to offer good, and above all uniform quality in all services, we have trainers who conduct training courses for our customers on quality management and process management, as well as courses for extending soft skills. In this area we have the same high quality requirement as our customers. Consequently we also use our training competence in house. In the Catch Up Program, for example, we put together a two-week training program that gets you in shape in the area of soft skills and quality management.
