New accolade for Formel D: In the latest study conducted by the F.A.Z. Institute under the title “Excellent Service”, the Group made it into the top ranking in the “Technical Service Providers” category.

In collaboration with the IMWF Institute for Management and Economic Research, the F.A.Z. Institute analyzed the customer service orientation and performance of about 20,000 companies from a wide range of industries. The scientific research focused in particular on the categories product & service, customer service, and customer satisfaction/recommendation. In the evaluation, Formel D managed to reach the top group of technical service providers.
