In collaboration with the IMWF Institute for Management and Economic Research, the F.A.Z. Institute analyzed the customer service orientation and performance of about 20,000 companies from a wide range of industries. The scientific research focused in particular on the categories product & service, customer service, and customer satisfaction/recommendation. In the evaluation, Formel D managed to reach the top group of technical service providers.
