Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Time, Quality and Budget in relevant projects
- Responsible for business development in region with international teams
- Building up local teams and ramp up projects
- Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions;
- Responsible for planning and controlling of project landscape (incl. scope, schedule, risk, cost, quality, stakeholder);
- Coordinate, monitor and perform on demand the test and validation tasks for positioning software from software, platform integration until the feature validation in the vehicle performance;
- Issue trace and analysis, manage requirements coverage traceability;
- Coordinate and support the local test and validation reports and documents;
- Support troubleshooting at vehicle test bench and with integration target ECU or other parts;
Skills & Knowledge:
- At least B.S. Degree in computer science, electronics, mechatronics, communication engineering or similar field (M.S. Degree preferred)
- Good experience in R&D, automotive, embedded systems
- Experience in XiL methods (software-, hardware-in-the-loop) desirable
- Able to lead and conduct software tests. Software development methodologies, certified PMP or Scrum Master is a plus
- Experience in domains like infotainment, powertrain and ADAS desirable
- Experience in project management and team leadership
- Fluent English; spoken and written
- Good communication and coordination skills
