QUALITY ENGINEER – Chassis parts

Tasks & Responsibilities:
In association with the Chassis Technical Manager and its chassis
team, the TSQ :
- Writes the control sheets for any new part
- Translates in Slovak language the control sheets for the carry-over
parts - Establishes a quality status of all the incoming parts, and fill in
SIGAPP accordingly - Analyses, in association with the TCQ team, all chassis defects
detected either on incoming parts, or during the manufacturing
process, or on vehicle - Performs a daily follow-up of all defects towards the project team
during the “morning market” - Participates to any Chassis line side review with the manufacturing
people - Adds all relevant information in PLM
- Writes the process sheets for transitory solutions
- Asks for any necessary deviation
- Contributes to the APQP/PPAP animation

- APQP/PPAP
- SIGAPP
- PLM
- CTF/CS/CSE/PCP process
- Quality methods such as capability calculation, monitoring plan,
FMEA… - Professional English
